Originally trained in food technology and catering and having worked in product development for the food industry for 18 years, I have always been skilled in creating and developing new recipes and flavour combinations. All the recipes you will find on this site have been created by ourselves at home in our kitchen and have been formulated not only to be great tasting, but also to be nutritionally balanced.
